Day 1 - Bangkok
Arrive in the Thai capital of Bangkok for your three night stay in this exciting city. Freedom Asia can arrange a host of day tours for you including the Golden Palace, floating markets and even a Thai cookery class. Or get out and explore by tuk tuk or the city's efficient Skytrain for an unforgettable Thailand experience.

Day 4 - Bangkok 
Transfer from your Bangkok accommodation to the railway station to board your luxury train for an early evening departure. Onboard there is a restaurant, bar and observation car at the end of the train whilst the cabins have seating by day and upper and lower berths by night with private bathrooms and an attentive steward to look after you.  As you head out of the city and into the countryside, dinner will be served.

Day 5 - River Kwai
In the early morning you'll cross the wooded trestle viaduct en route to River Kwai station. There's time for a guided tour of the River Kwai before heading back for lunch as you set off.

Day 6 - Kuala Kangsar
Head over the border into Malaysia where the landscape gradually changes to limestone mountains jutting up from the rice fields. At Kuala Kangsar you can chose between a village experience  or a hill trek visiting the plantations. Rejoin your train later and continue your journey through the countryside.

Day 7 - Singapore
Arrive into Singapore before lunch for a three night stay in this buzzing city where gleaming skyscrapers sit next to traditional neighbourhoods.  A whole variety of tours can be arranged to explore the city from a visit to the Raffles Hotel for a Singapore Sling, to a night safari to visit animals from around the world.  Getting around this island state couldn't be easier with an efficient underground network.

Day 10 - Singapore
Say farewell to this fascinating city as you are transferred to Singapore airport for your flight home.
