Day 3 - Beijing
Start early this morning to avoid the crowds at the Great Wall and, after an introduction to its unique history, there will be free time to explore. Day 4 - Xian
Fly to Xian where, this afternoon, a visit is made to the beautifully preserved City Wall, before a delicious feast of traditional Shui Jiao dumplings and a performance of Tang Dynasty dancing. The next day visit the Terracotta Warriors which amazingly were only dicovered in the 1970's by local farmers. Spend the morning viewing the enigmatic ranks of life-like warriors. Later take a three hour bullet train ride to Chengdu.

Later, return to Chengdu and soak up the atmosphere on lively Jinli Street, before enjoying a typical Sichuan meal this evening.

The next day visit the famous Panda Conservation Centre, where you can learn more about China's celebrated bear with a walking tour. Later visit an embroidery museum, before a hot drink in a traditional tea house.
